The Justice Mechanism - Is It Preventing You From Attracting Wealth?

Written by Paolo Grisendi There's a principle that I'd like to talk about. I recently came across it and I realized that I, as the majority of people, have been affected by its consequences for a very long time and I wasn't aware of it.

You might want to pay close attention to this, in order to create and attract wealth in your life and in those of your friends and families. If you continue to ignore this as I did for a long time, there are no chance to manifest desires and your life dreams.

The justice mechanism is a psychological principle that was discovered after an experiment. This is how it went: two people, that we will call subject A and subject B are were called to take part into the experiment. A discrete amount of money, 100 $, was given to A who had to decide how to split this pot between himself and B. The latter then decided whether they both kept the money or if there were no deal between the parts.

This experiment were repeated multiple times with different subjects.

It was observed that when A chose to split in half - 50 $ for himself and 50 $ for B, almost every time B accepted the deal.

But if A went into the 70-30 or 80-20 range (keeping the big part of the money....), subject B most of the times chose to cancel the deal and both went home empty handed.

Now to subject A this seemed counter intuitive, and tended to rationalize by saying that at the end of the day it's still free money and B should have accepted it. However, B said no not to see A going home with a better deal than him.

This outcome was usual and also it happened with people coming from part of the world where 100$ are worth 3 month salaries.

So this is well radicated in the human being, and it's something that prevents from being wealthy and attracting money.

People who are wealthy, and are able to attract money and manifesting abundance into their existence, are people who create and add enormous amount of value in the life of other people. Entrepreneurs, the category that might better represent these persons, have been defined as 'the ones who can find solution to people's problem with a return'.

So they are often used to the idea of creating and adding more value than what they expect might return back in form of money. with this I am not saying that they don't calculate their activities, but they know that in order to attract wealth they have to add a lot of value, sometimes give things for free in order to create relationship and reputation that will help them manifesting abundance later on.

Just think about this: if you had an idea, and if you had struggled lots of years to discover it and you thought it would be worth millions of dollars, would you give it away for free to lots and lots of people so that you could create a relationship with them, and gaining back even only a part of it?

Many people would respond with a 'NO!'. And how blame them. On paper the transaction seems inconvenient. But in reality keeping the best ideas for ourselves, never sharing them with anyone and not building relationships will not allow us to become wealthy.

If we don't add value to other people's life, if we don't build relationships we will never be able to attract wealth and manifest abundance.

Always plan your business and be sure to be paid, but don't be afraid to share your best ideas with customers, followers or friends. This is how lots of people are making a lot of money in various businesses. They give away their best stuff for free, and the person on the other side comes to appreciate them so much that they will make business with them with great pleasure.

Practice a few days on giving away your best ideas to other people. Don't do it to expect something in return, just do it as a gift. I am sure you will feel incredibly well while you do it, and all new opportunities will arise from the people you shared your ideas with.
